Council from certain common aviation safety rules concerning restraint systems on flight
crew seats of helicopters used in commercial air transport operations – Discussion
- The Commission introduced the draft Decision noting that, as internal procedures had
not been completed, there could not be a vote during the meeting but they would be
initiating a vote under the written procedure in the near future.
