g) “FSTD Operator” identifies, for the UKCAA, the organisation directly responsible to the UKCAA, for
requesting and maintaining the qualification of a particular FSTD and which has to comply with UK
Regulation (EU) No. 1178 /2011 and its Acceptable Means of Compliance (AMC) and Guidance
Material (GM).
