Views on whether this engagement is appropriately reflecting the
interests of consumers as per the CAA’s general duty under the Civil
Aviation Act 2012 to further the interests of users of air transport
services (defined as current and future passengers and cargo owners).

This response is made by International Consolidated Airlines Group SA (IAG) in response to the CAP
1825 consultation on proposed licence modifications for the interim H7 period of 2020 and 2021 for
the economic regulation of Heathrow Airport Limited (HAL).

Figure C.2 shows
that in 2012, Gatwick accounted for around 24 per cent of London's
ATMs compared to the 48 per cent accounted for by Heathrow and the
13 per cent accounted for by Stansted.
