Reason for condition 6.2
This condition ensures that the Regulator or Secretary of State may recover its costs of
such regulatory or enforcement action from the Licensee.
6.3 The Licensee must afford all reasonable assistance, co-operation and compliance as
may be requested or required by the Secretary of State or Regulator in the exercise of
their functions under this Licence or the Act.
