SYNOPSIS

On a relatively clear evening, upon reaching the cruise level of Flight Level (FL) 280, the crew and passengers on
a scheduled flight from London Heathrow to Edinburgh experienced momentary noise and vibration throughout the
aircraft.

destination such as Copenhagen, the requested
SID from Heathrow would normally be
“Brookmans Park (BPK)”, if routing to the south
east such as Paris the Midhurst (MID) routing
would normally be chosen.

Limited (GAL);

under this are from the Airports Act 1986).

and the CCB report on Heathrow Expansion
b. 08/07/19 – JH attended the Programme Coordination Board which was comprised of
executives from DfT(4), the CAA (2) and HAL (2) and is overseeing the Heathrow
Expansion Plan.
