Economic regulation
• We provided input to the CAA’s approach towards the Heathrow airport price
control review (H8), including advising on the team’s approach to consumer
research and recommending potential suppliers; and discussed the H8 Draft
Method Statement as well as the Outcome Based Regulation (OBR) Mid-Term
Review via various workshops and at the July 2024 Panel meeting.
