Strategic outcomes for the economic regulation of NERL 2020-
2024
As a resident overflown by aircraft using Heathrow Airport , I respond to
the consultation strongly supporting the need for the outcomes for NERL
to include the priority to broaden its environmental focus to consider the
impact of noise on local communities resulting from changes to
operational procedures.
