UK Standardised European Rules of the Air – VFR Flights Within the Manchester Low Level Route

General exemption from the ATC clearance requirements of SERA.6001(4) (Classification of airspaces) when flying within the Manchester Low Level Route (See UK AIP EGCC AD2.22) subject to the specified conditions. Exemption (under SERA.8001(b) (Application)) for Manchester ATC from the requirement to provide ATC service to VFR flights operating within the Manchester Low Level Route and flying in accordance with the specified conditions. This replaces ORS4 No 1389.
