ORS4 No.1585: Use of National Permit to Fly Aircraft for Flight Instruction and Self-Fly Hire

Article 42 of the Air Navigation Order 2016 declares that National Permit to Fly aircraft cannot be used for commercial operations or for hire. This permission allows remunerated training and self-fly hire in permit to fly aircraft subject to certain conditions.
