The Argentinian Aviation Authority (ANAC) issued an Airworthiness Directive (AD) on 18 July 2024 with a 60 day compliance deadline. There has been insufficient time for all affected aircraft owners to comply due to parts not being legally obtainable as there is no bilateral between Argentina and the UK and no FAA, CAA or EASA release mechanism.

This exemption is to allow a short 3 month extension to the compliance deadline to allow the CAA to work with external stakeholders and the State of Design (and EASA), to either adopt the mandatory information directly or  create a UK CAA AD which will give the same level of airworthiness assurance.
