Appendix C Block A Initial screening checklist

This is an example of our internally targeted checklist that is used when conducting the initial screen of AEE’s. It describes the criteria which we will consider whether the minimum information requirements have been met. An AEE will not pass to full assessment until these requirements have been met.

Please note, this is not guidance on how to undertake an AEE.
