The Civil Aviation Authority’s response to Heathrow Airport Limited’s public consultation on airport expansion

The CAA’s response to Heathrow Airport Limited’s (HAL) 2018 public consultation on airport expansion in our capacity as a statutory consultee under planning law. This consultation is part of HAL’s preparation for its application for a Development Consent Order in regard to its proposed expansion of Heathrow Airport.
