The UK Aviation Consumer Survey (undertaken by ComRes) was commissioned by the UK Civil Aviation Authority to research UK consumers’ behaviours and attitudes in relation to aviation. This is Wave 5 of our consumer research, which helps to inform our work to put consumers’ interests at the heart of our regulation of the aviation market.
