CAP1210: The Airport Charges Regulations 2011. CAA Annual Report 2013-2014

The Airport Charges Regulations require the CAA, as the UK ISA, to publish an annual report concerning the exercise of its functions (Regulation 32). This is our second annual report and covers the period from 1 January 2013 to 31 March 2014. We published our first annual report in March 2013 for the period from 10 November 2011 (when the Regulations came into force) to 31 December 2012. We expect future reports to cover our financial year from April to March.
