Under Regulation 6(5) of the Civil Aviation Authority Regulations 1991 (extract attached at Annex A), any person who has failed any test or examination which must be passed before being granted or exercising the privileges of a personnel licence, may request that the CAA reviews the conduct of the test or examination to determine whether it was properly conducted.
