This amendment to the ninth issue of CAP 740 is a complete re-issue. The UK Flexible Use of Airspace Strategy has been updated and incorporates strategic objectives. The responsibilities of the CAM and MAM have been updated to include accountabilities. The obligations under the joint and integrated concept to airspace policy, planning and management have been updated to ensure that the interests of all airspace users, including new entrant operators and commercial entities, are dealt with impartially.
