SRG1413: Application for Radio Operators Certificate of Competence

From 30 March 2026, SRG1413 will no longer be accepted. All applications for Radio Operators Certificate of Competence covering AGCS, OCS, PARA and CDO categories must be submitted through the new Manage Personnel Licences service.

This form should be used to apply for the issue of a Radio Operators Certificate of Competence.
