Concerns Regarding the Inspection and Packing of Parachutes

The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has been made aware of reported concerns regarding the inspection and packing of parachutes. Version 2 is published with updates to 1.1 and 2.1 as, following further evidence from the community, the CAA have been informed that the parachute service provider is also noted to be trading as Cascade Aviation and Marine Services Limited (Also known as T.P.F Services).
