Policy for an Iterative Options Cycle for Interdependent Masterplan ACPs

The purpose of this policy statement is to define an approved procedure (the Iterative Options Cycle) for use by certain airspace change sponsors. The Iterative Options Cycle enables sponsors to reintroduce previously discounted options under certain circumstances.
