Update to UK Reg (EU) No. 139/2014 to AMC, GM and CS for Aerodromes.

Following publication of the ORS9 decision on 23 January 2026, several corrections and clarifications have been identified, as detailed in Schedule 1, and amended as per the revised text in Schedule 2.
