Decision adopting and amending Acceptable Means of Compliance (AMC) and Guidance Material (GM) to Regulations (EU) No. 1178/2011, 965/2012 and 139/2014

This Decision is adopts and amends to Acceptable Means of Compliance (AMC) and Guidance Material (GM) to Regulations (EU) No. 1178/2011, 965/2012 and 139/2014 in respect of, among other items, new and updated requirements for mandatory crew training and checking requirements for air operators, all weather operations and fuel planning considerations.

Following publication of ORS9 Decision No. 47 on 9 May 2025, it was identified that the incorrect version of Table 9 in AMC5 CAT.OP.MPA.110 had been included in the published ORS9, despite consultation having been conducted on the correct table. Table 9 has therefore been corrected to align the minimum RVR values with ICAO Doc 9365.
