Acceptance of EASA Certificate of Recognition to support UK Part 145 authorisations issued under UK Part 145 Appendix IV

Following the publication of ORS4 No. 1640 (General Exemption E6484) a further alleviation is required to cover the period prior to 1 January 2021.  All EASA Certificates of Recognition (EASA Form 149) issued prior to 31 December 2022 will be recognised for the purpose of obtaining a certifying staff authorisation under Appendix IV to UK Part-145.
