Validity Periods Under Part-ORO Subpart FC

The All Weather Operations and Fuel Planning amendments to the Air Operations regulation has come into force on 30 October 2025.

The CAA permits Operators greater leeway for the calculation of those validity periods than is currently permitted by ORO.FC.145 during transition to the new regime.
