Holders of FAA Pilot Licences who are Permanently Residing in the United Kingdom and Exercising Private Licence Privileges based on licence issued by the United States of America within United Kingdom airspace

To permit FAA licence holders to exercise private privileges within UK airspace until 21 December 2021, as the current derogation ceases on 20 June 2021. This exemption has been granted to allow sufficient time for individuals to convert to UK Part-FCL licences.
