Standardised European Rules of the Air - Special VFR Flights within the Blackbushe Local Flying Area

General authorisation for the purposes of Regulation (EU) No. 923/2012 (UK) SERA.8005(b)(5) to enable Special VFR (SVFR) flights to operate within the Blackbushe Local Flying Area without standard separation being provided between such flights.
