In response to the exceptional circumstances caused by the Covid-19 outbreak, the CAA exempts any UK shipper and agent thereof, any UK aircraft operator and any agent thereof, and any UK based agent for a non-UK aircraft operator from the requirements of the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulation 2002 (“AN(DG)R”) regulation 13(5) that recurrent dangerous goods training shall take place not less than every two years.
