Continued Recognition of Authorised Release Certificates issued on an EASA Form 1 on or after 1 January 2021 by Organisations and Individuals Licensed or Approved by the Federal Office of Civil Aviation of Switzerland (FOCA)
This exemption enables the continued recognition of the EASA Form1s after 31 December 2020 when issued by organisations who have their Principal Place of Business in Switzerland.
