Flight by Type-Approved Gyroplanes, Operating on a National Permit to Fly, Over Assemblies of Persons and Congested Areas in Specified Circumstances

Exempts type-approved gyroplanes operating on a national Permit to Fly from being required to comply with the Permit to Fly condition that they must not fly over any assembly of persons, congested area of a city, town or settlement except to take off or land; subject to certain conditions.
