Altitude Alerting System – Public Transport Aeroplanes

General exemption from the requirement at Article 119(2) and paragraphs 4(10) and 5 (Scale AA) of Part 1 of Schedule 6 of the Order for such aeroplanes to be equipped with an altitude alerting system in accordance with Scale AA.
