Requirement for Part FCL licence Holders to hold the Relevant Class or Type Rating when Revalidating or Renewing an Instrument Rating for an Aeroplane or Helicopter

This exemption allows the continued use of UK issued pilot licences and exercise of instrument privileges until 16 March 2020 by complying with the requirements of (EU) No.1178/2011 and allows training organisations to amend their manuals and procedures.
