Continuing Airworthiness Requirements for Multi Turboprop Aeroplanes of 5700 kg MTOM and Below

Exempts turbo prop aeroplanes of 5700 kg MTOM and below, when not involved in commercial operations, from the obligation to contract a CAMO and a Part-145 organisation.
