Exemption from the Requirement for Holders of FAA Pilot Licences who are Permanently Residing in the United Kingdom and Exercising Private Licence Privileges to Comply with the Conversion and Validation Requirements of Annex III to Regulation (EU) No. 1178/2011 as Amended

The CAA has continued the exemption for FAA Pilot Licence Holders who are Permanently Residing in the United Kingdom, to continue exercising the privileges of that licence within the United Kingdom for a further 12 months whilst a Bilateral Safety Agreement with the USA is agreed.
