Small Unmanned Aircraft with a Mass Greater than 7kg – Operations within Class D or E Airspace Outside of Flight Restriction Zones by SUA Operators Holding Permissions or Exemptions issued prior to 13 March 2019

General Exemption to correct an anomaly created by the changes introduced by the Air Navigation (Amendment) Order 2019. It amends any permissions or exemptions that have currently issued in order to reflect the intent of the amended regulation.
