Requirement to Hold an Air Operators Certificate (Balloons) to Operate a UK Registered Balloon, with a Valid Certificate of Airworthiness

This Exemption will permit the continued use of UK AOC (B) subject to the ANO to operate UK registered balloons, with a valid Certificate of Airworthiness until Regulation (EU) 2018/395 is applicable on 8 April 2019.
