Exemption for Certain Irish Registered Aircraft not possessing ICAO Compliant Certificates of Airworthiness

CAA has negotiated a mutual agreement with the Irish Aviation Authority to allow certain Irish registered Annex II aircraft categories other than the two covered in the ECAC Agreement to fly in each other’s State on the basis of a permit, permit exemption or equivalent document issued by the other party. Please note that this supersedes and revokes ORS4 No.911 which is contained within CAP 747.
