Joint Aviation Requirements (JAR) Compliant Pilot Training Organisations (Registered Training Facility- RTF) Registered with the UK CAA being Permitted to Provide Pilot Training for a Part-FCL Private Pilot Licence (PPL) and Associated Ratings (as listed on the Registration certificate) and for a Light Aircraft Pilot Licence (LAPL) from 8 April 2018

General Exemption: In respect of the requirement for UK CAA registered JAR-compliant pilot training organisations (Registered Training Facility- RTF) to be allowed to provide pilot training after 8 April 2018 without complying with the provisions of the Aircrew Regulation Annex VI and Annex VII.
