Requirement to Hold a Part-FCL Pilot’s Licence to Operate a UK Registered Balloon, Sailplane or Powered Sailplane with an EASA Certificate of Airworthiness From 8 April 2018

General Exemption: In respect of the requirement for holders of pilot licences or certificates issued under the UK Air Navigation Order (ANO) 2016 to hold a Part-FCL pilot licence to operate a UK registered balloon, sailplane or powered sailplane with an EASA Certificate of Airworthiness.
