Requirement to Inform an Aero Medical Examiner of Illness or Injury

Exempts any person who has made a declaration of medical fitness in accordance with ANO (2016) Article 163, from the requirements at Articles 166 (2) and (3) of the ANO (2016).

Status: Withdrawn
Review comment: ANO 2016 has now been amended so exemption is no longer required.
