Small Unmanned Aircraft - Emergency Services Operations

This exemption allows a more flexible, but controlled, use of a small unmanned aircraft during emergency operations where an increased risk to life becomes apparent at short notice and where the observance of the restrictions in articles 94(3) and 95 of the Order would be likely become a hindrance.
