Validity of European Class 3 Medical Certificates for Certificate Holders over the Age of 40 Years

This exemption permits ATCOs to continue to exercise the privileges of their ATCO Licence notwithstanding that their medical certificate may not have been renewed within the timescales now required by EASA PART ATCO.MED.A.045(a)(2)
