Exemption to enable use of the 2017-2018 Edition of the ICAO Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air instead of the 2015-2016 Edition, even though this is not the version referred to in the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 2002, as amended by the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) (Amendment) Regulations 2015.
