Launching, Mooring, Tethering or Towing of Balloons, Gliders, Kites, Parascending Parachutes and Airships

During the drafting of the Air Navigation Order 2016, an error was made in the drafting related to Article 92, which regulates the launching, mooring, tethering or towing of the aircraft described in this exemption. This exemption corrects the error, until such time as the Order can be appropriately amended.
