Non-Secondary Surveillance Radar (SSR) Transponder Equipped Glider and SLMG Operations at and above FL 100 up to FL 195

This document provides an exception for gliders and self-launching motor gliders from the carriage of a Secondary Surveillance Radar transponder with the capability and functionality prescribed for Mode S Elementary Surveillance for specified areas in the UK between FL100 and FL195.
