Non-European Licences for Private Operation of EASA Aircraft Registered in the United Kingdom

Pending the coming into effect of European rules for the validation of pilot licences for non-commercial flights on 8 April 2016, this general validation renders foreign licences valid under UK legislation for private flights in UK-registered EASA aircraft, subject to the specified limitations.
