Standardised European Rules of the Air – Operations in Accordance with a Police Air Operator’s Certificate

General exemption for any aircraft flying in accordance with the terms of a police air operator’s certificate from the Standardised European Rules of the Air (SERA) with regards to: minimum heights; formation flights; right-of-way and Visual Flight Rules.
