Children Over the Age of Two Years Who Because of Physical Disability Cannot be Properly Secured in their Own Seat Using the Aircraft Safety Belt

The purpose of this exemption is to allow the multiple occupancy of specified aeroplane seats by one adult and one child aged two years or more, who is properly secured by a supplementary loop belt or other restraint device.
