General Exemption from Article 37(2) and paragraph 4(16)(c)(i) of Schedule 4 of the Air Navigation Order 2009, regarding the need for helicopters with MTOW between 2,730 kg and 7,000 kg to carry flight data recorders and cockpit voice recorders.
