Flights for the Purpose of Aerial Work Conducted by Holders of a UK Private Pilot's Licence or a National Private Pilot's Licence

This exemption enables the holder of a UK Private Pilot’s Licence or National Private Pilot’s Licence to conduct certain flights for the purposes of aerial work.
