Requirement for Safety Risk Assessments for CAT and PT Flights in Airspace Proximate to Volcanic Ash

{Applicability: All AOC Holders except Balloon AOC Holders} The purpose of this FODCOM is to inform operators of the requirement to carry out a safety risk assessment before flying in airspace affected by volcanic ash. The FODCOM also gives guidance on where relevant supporting information can be found.
