We have moved to an online system and are no longer accepting notifications on the DAP1918 and DAP1919 forms. Complete all notifications using our online form.

The resulting submission will generate an Activity Reference Number. This reference number can then be quickly tracked by us on our system, should you need to request an update on the status, as it moves through our process from initial submission to the appropriate output (issuing of a NOTAM / Permission / Airspace Co-ordination Notice).
